These are from Bend-the-Rules sewing, a really great, friendly book full of cute projects and lots of personality. Highly recommended!
Overall the pattern was quite easy to follow, but I had a hard time sewing around those curves. There was much ripping out of topstitching that had gone awry.
Instead of snaps, I used some fusible velcro.
