Question by Study the Truth: Sewing for Kids?
Can an 11 year old girl learn to sew? She is very bright. Are they interested? I need a christmas present for my daughter and need good ideas for girl’s gifts. What would be a good machine, and what kind of accessories do you need?

Yes she can learn. I learned in school when I was 12. Machines are pretty expensive, but if you go to Target or Walmart you can find a cheap one. All you need is thread, some material to sew, and some pins.
