What are some good ideas for some gifts that I can make (via sewing) for both girls and guys?

Totebags are popular. You can make shoulder strap duffels for the guys — yes, and for the girls, of course. The standard totebag is good for girls, though. Some guys don’t mind them; others think they look a bit girly, even when you use guy-print fabrics.
